My background as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and my own personal journey led me to see so clearly the direct connection between the mind and body. Mental health is not separate from physical health. Inflammation is the underlying trigger of depression, anxiety, brain fog, fatigue, and panic disorders. The contributing root causes of inflammation range from nutrient deficiencies, environmental toxins, pathogens, gut health, chronic stress, and unresolved trauma.
